a. that in the framework to follow up proposal of the Minister of Trade in letter No. 509/M-DAG/6/2006 dated June 14, 2006 and Indonesia Trade Safeguard Committee through letter No. 174/KPPI/VII/2007 dated July 10, 2007, it is necessary to amend exemption countries from imposition of safeguard measures import duty as governed in Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 01/PMK.010/2006 concerning Imposition of Safeguard Measures Import Duty on the Import of Tableware Ceramics Products;
b. that in relation with Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 37/M-DAG/PER/9/2008 concerning Certificate of Origin on the Imported Goods Subject to Safeguard Measures Action, it is necessary to regulate importer’s obligation to submit Certificate of Origin in the framework of importation of tableware ceramic products form countries are excepted from imposition safeguard measures import duty as intended in paragraph a;
c. that base on consideration as intended in paragraph a and paragraph b, and in the framework to implement provision in Article 23D paragraph (2) of Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs as amended by Law No. 17/2006, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 01/PMK.010/2006 concerning Imposition of Safeguard Measures Import Duty on the Import of Tableware Ceramics Products;

5. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 01/PMK.010/2006 concerning Imposition of Safeguard Measures Import Duty on the Import of Tableware Ceramics Products;
6. Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 37/M-DAG/PER/9/2008 concerning Certificate of Origin on the Imported Goods subject to Safeguard Measures;
REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINENACE No. 01/PMK.010/2006 CONCERNING IMPOSITON OF SAFEGUARD MEASURES IMPORT DUTY ON THE IMPORT OF CERAMIC TABLEWARE
Several provision in Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 01/PMK.010/2006 concerning Imposition of Safeguard Measures Import Duty on the Import of Tableware Ceramics Products shall be amended as follows:
1. Provision of Article 2 is amended, become read as follows:
"Article 2
The Safeguard Measures Import Duty as intended in Article 1 shall be imposed on the import from all countries except produced in countries as stated in Attachment to this Regulation of the Minister of Finance."
2. Between Article 2 and Article 3 is inserted 1 (one) article, it is Article 2A that reads as follows:
"Article 2A
The import of tableware ceramic products from countries excepted from the imposition of Safeguard Measures Import Duty as intended in Article 2, importer shall submit Certificate of Origin."
1. Provision as intended in Article 2A shall come into force as from November 21, 2008.
2. This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.
For public cognizance, this Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall be promulgated by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
